Only Jugglers and singers require applause...
Good start to the new season. Overall kinda boring going through the motions reintroducing all the characters. Jon's scene up north was cool, so was our intro to the unsullied. The standout was Tyrion confronting his father and being totally shit all over, and it wasn't gold. Unfortunately, we also had to suffer another of the writers' self indulgent Roz scenes, gods that bitch needs to get killed. However, overall, as i said, it's good to have Game of Thrones back.
5 out of 7 stars for last sunday's episode.

Some More Art Nouveau Witcher Posters
Got another free project. time to do some more of these.
These are based on another of the short stories in "The Sword of Destiny". Im doing two alternate versions featuring the Zerrikanian Warrior women, Vea and Tea, from "The Bounds of Reason".
Eventually I want to do one of Geralt of Rivia to match My previous one of Yennefer, so each story has two alternate posters.
And if you've never read these books or played the game you have no idea what I'm babbling on about. It's OK.

"Confined" and Wine bottle concepts
A couple school projects i'm working on currently.
the first, a book cover/poster illustration that is based on the idea of confinement. I went a somewhat abstract direction, focusing on mental confinement. These visual could be applied to a number of different ideas, but what i had in mind was mental illness or madness, or the ability to express oneself being limited by society or their own impressions of what is expected.

the other project i'm currently working on is a group project for which we have to design a line of wine, more precisely the packaging. they all have to be based on a consistent theme. ours will be Greek Mythology.

Some birds for school
I've really been slacking on this blog. The lack of much web traffic on blogspot isn't quite the motivation i need, but i'll try to post all my work from this semester. And of course in less than two months you'll be seeing new illustrations and reviews for 'Game of Thrones" so stay tuned.
