my latest sketch. done for this weeks artjumble "indiana jones", a continuation of my quest for extreme exaggeration. i'm starting to question my choices on this one, so i don't know if it works or not. thanks for looking.
I can actually see him when I see the hat and the eyes. I think if you make the features a little bit more distinguishable i.e, nose, mouth, yet keep some of that wild exaggeration going, this could be a pretty good caricature.
Sweet mother of Pearl! At first glance, I see this mish mash of line, yet the deeper I look at the drawing, the more I laugh! It captures the raggedy roughness of the character, which imho really makes it successful! I'd beef up the contrast of form and shape, but otherwise...GREAT JOB!

It takes some time to distinguish the facial features.. sp. the nose. But your intention is real good, so I would do it again.
alright, soon enough, i will try a redo, stay tuned.

All I saw was really only a blob of a head on Indiana Jones's body..
